英属哥伦比亚大学温哥华校区（UBC Vancouver）的 Real Estate 是 UBC Sauder School of Business Bachelor of Commerce（BCom）中的一个 option/specialization，不是独立于 BCom 之外的单独学位。BCom 学生的 degree major 仍然是 Commerce；option 通常在三四年级完成，并会在 transcript 上体现。
Real Estate option 提供关于 real estate markets 的经济、金融、法律、公共政策和战略层面的宽口径训练。该方向面向希望成为地产经纪、估价师、开发、融资、投资、租赁、物业管理或 mortgage analyst 的学生，也面向有意把房地产市场知识用于 planning、consulting、entrepreneurship、finance、marketing 或 public policy 的学生。
该方向强调 quantitative and qualitative skills 的结合。学生会学习 appraisal、asset and portfolio management、capital markets and real estate、debt financing、investment analysis、securitization、real estate in the new economy、business location、land real estate markets、land use regulation、real estate and government policy，以及 real estate development。
Real Estate 行业具有国际需求，但也受经济周期和 housing market 波动影响。该 option 适合具备 analytical skills、organization、communication、political savvy、entrepreneurial outlook、negotiation、self-motivation、critical reasoning 和 project management 能力的学生。
