英属哥伦比亚大学温哥华校区（UBC Vancouver）的 Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources（OBHR）是 UBC Sauder School of Business Bachelor of Commerce（BCom）中的一个 option/specialization，不是独立于 BCom 之外的单独学位。BCom 学生的 degree major 仍然是 Commerce；option 通常在三四年级完成，并会在 transcript 上体现为 “Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources Option”。
OBHR 面向希望进入 Human Resources Management、Organizational Consulting、Employment Relations、Industrial Relations、change management、talent development 和 management consulting 等方向的学生。该方向让学生在掌握商业基础和其他 business options 概念的同时，发展 management、consulting、people analytics、employment law、labour relations、leadership、diversity/equity/inclusion、organizational change 和 team-building 能力。
OBHR 适合擅长与人合作、组织能力强、判断力好、能快速在 administrator、counsellor、negotiator 等角色之间切换的学生。Sauder OBHR Division 关注 employment relationship 的多个方面，包括 organizational culture、organizational change、manager roles and skills、human resource development、labour-management relations 和 international human resource management。
该 option 的一大特点是与 Chartered Professionals in Human Resources（CPHR）British Columbia and Yukon 的认证关系。符合指定 GPA、课程、学生会员和申请时限条件的 OBHR 毕业生可按 accreditation path 申请 National Knowledge Exam（NKE）waiver，这对计划长期发展 HR/people operations 职业的学生有额外价值。
